What's field F4801 can be missing

Dears,

Here is what my client happened:

1. By mistake ran R31802A to advance all WO to 98, and found this to roll back one day after
2. However, they have the row security to prevent shop floor accessing F4801.SRST > 95
3. So what happened during that period of time the IC recorded in F4111 but not to F4801
4. Compared the F4801 to F4111, SQL adding the missing fields like SOQS, SOCN and CTS1 to F4801
5. Days after to run R31802A again for month end, but found some other WOs (recorded IC in that period of time but have no mismatch in 3 above) hot the error mapping DMAAI 3130 accounts.
