Remote Worker - Manager access to Questionnaire

Does anyone know what role or PL is needed for managers to view the Questionnaire response for their direct reports? It does not seem to be included in the Fluid Remote Worker Manager role. I tried adding the PL named EOQF3000, but still receiving the "you are unauthorized" message. We are attempting to access it from the Remote Worker tile for managers, once it is approved.
