How can I set ATP_RULE_ID as NULL using mtl_system_items_interface and item import.

Oracle R12.2.4

Please let me know if there is any way to null out ATP_RULE_ID using interface table. I tried it but its not getting reflected in Item master. I need to do it for bulk items.
