Closed Old TAs in Budget Exception

Is it possible to remove closed TAs in budget exception from the Request Budget Checking page that are associated to budget from prior budget periods/fiscal years and the open encumbrance has been released via a commitment control journal. The type of Budget Exception "No Budget Exists" can't be overwritten.
