Can I upgrade application artifacts directly from 11.1.2.4 to 11.2.15?

Can we directly install and config 11.2.15 in brand new servers as a base version of Hyperion to upgrade Hyperion application from 11.1.2.4? without having any intermediator base version like 11.2.8. (I mean after fresh install and config of 11.2.15, exporting application artifacts through LCM from 11.1.2.4 to importing into 11.2.15 Hyperion applications, or is there any manual setups is required in between?
