Purchased new ZFS arrays with installation services. How do I engage?

We just purchased 2 new Z9-2 arrays with installation services. I asked the reseller about engaging the installation services that we purchased and he said to open an SR. I added the new CSIs to my Oracle Support account without issue but opening an SR for the installation feels incorrect. Can anyone confirm this is how to get my arrays installed? If not, how?
