Serial number not displaying in LOV while doing the sub inventory transfer

Need your help! When doing a serial triggered sub-inventory transfer for an Item (Oracle Inventory module- R12.2.6), the LOV for Serial numbers has no values for the item. The item’s serial numbers were received in Oracle and can Inquire for the serial numbers in ‘On-hand > Serial Numbers’ window. they are active . When I try to move them into another sub-inventory, these serial numbers are not displayed in the Sub-Inventory transfer’s ‘Serial Number’ LOV. Has anyone faced this issue before? Much appreciate any information in this regard
