OKS contract creation API price break

Hi all, we are creating contracts with oks standard import api and we need to enter the price, range on the price break for the created usage line. Does anybody have an idea how to lock the pricelist and update the price break after line creation with an API so it will work with OKS.

I was refered to this community with

"In Oracle Service Contracts, we do not have any supported APIs to lock the Pricelist and update the price breaks….."
