How can I disable ASCP instance in my EBS Suite.

Oracle R12.2.4

As our planning is moving to cloud , we would like to disable ASCP instance in EBS suite.

I tried using option from Advance supply administrator—> Admin —> Instances and tried to disable it by unchecking Enable flag , Allow ATP and Allow Release flag but its showing me error as 'Source to APS DB link already exists'. Can someone please help here.
