how to store customsDeclarationNumber in JDE during Purchase

Hi,

We have a requirement to store customsDeclarationNumber which will be received from external system and need to store that inside JDE during Purchase receipt.

We have already been using Supplier lot number, Lot memo 1 & Lot memo 2 for different purposes.
And only Lot Memo 3 is available but I cannot update Lot memo 3 using P4312.

Hence, please help to know is there a standard field available to store CustomsDeclarationNumber?

And how can we update Lot memo 3 and Lot Cat codes from any standard applications ?
