Forms and Reports upgrade - now getting some FRM errors

I was told to post this here instead of the WLS forum.

Linux OL8 platform and my upgrade summary is:
- create new FR directory
- install fmw via java -jar fmw_12.2.1.4.0_infrastructure.jar
- install forms homes using fmw_12.2.1.4.0_fr_linux64_Disk1_1of2.zip
- run some make cmds as suggested
- Reconfiguring the Domain using the WLS Reconfiguration Wizard
- Run the Upgrade Assistant to Upgrade the Components Configuration
- I then found I had to move the forms subdirectory from the old home to the new home
- recompiled the forms, reports and libraries

The $DOMAIN_HOME is under a different directory location so not under the original Forms Home. My plan is to also upgrade java to 411 and apply the spb to the WLS but wanted to just get the forms updates first and ensure all good before moving on.
