How can we update the PO Line Quantity for a Closed PO

We are trying to Update the Existing POs Line Quantity using a SOAP WSDL-{FusionURL}/fscmService/PurchaseOrderServiceV2?WSDL

We are unable to update the PO Quantity for a single-line:

I'm getting the below Error in SOAP UI:
