Equipment Maintenance Visit to Customer's Location

One of my client has few machines which are located at different client's places on lease. Generally, they used to plan technician visits for maintenance activities at customer's premises. My client wants to plan visit of technicians based on customer grouping. Is it possible to group customers to aid visits? For example, 5 customers in 1st area would be marked A. 6 customers in 2nd area would be marked B.

Requesting suggestion on this requirement. Is it possible in standard JDE?
