Please refer to Lifetime "Support Policy: Oracle Applications (PDF) " on E-Business Suite Releases - Support Policy FAQ (Doc ID 1494891.1).

There is the guide on Page 9 of the pdf file as below.

"Customers running Oracle Fusion Middleware in the Oracle E-Business Suite 12.2 internal technology stack will remain supported on the embedded middleware versions for the duration of the support period for Oracle E-Business Suite 12.2."

And you can raise non technical SR to request the patch and quote above instruction when you raise the SR.
