Character limit for Position Number and Employee ID in Fluid pages

Hello,

Is there any way we can set the limit of the search field characters for Position Number (in Manage Position page) and Employee ID (in Manage Job page)?

Sample: In (Fluid) Manage Position, I can enter more than 8 characters for Position Number which is not the case for Classic Position Data where it is limited to 8.

Currently, the character limit is 254 because it is based on the EOSF_VALUE field.
However, in the classic version of the page, the character limit of these fields are based on their character length setup in field properties.

Maybe there is a configuration that we can apply to set the character length as 8 for Position Number and 11 for Employee ID.
