AME - HR People with no user account

Hi,

I am using Oracle EBS R12.2.8 and want to use AME for transaction type 'Payables Invoice Approval', where I have approvers with an Oracle user account and HR employee record.

But we have also identified employees who need to approve that do not have (and not require) an Oracle EBS user account. The idea is to only sent an e-mail to that employee (who doesn't have a user account, but only has a Oracle HR employee record).

In AME approver groups, I can select HR People and use the Approver LOV to find that employee, but it is not visible as a LOV.
