How is this possible that IC entries are getting duplicated without any manual intervention.

There is a problem reported by users that they have triggered the order after completion from there end and it received in E1 through middleware but its duplicated 120 times in E1. There were 120 entries of IC transactions in E1 in F4111.

We got checked through source system and middleware (WebMethod) but from there end, its only one time processed into E1.
