How to stop creating duplicate customer addresses in oracle EBS? Please advise.

Hi Team,

We are into Oracle EBS R12.2 and currently creating customer addresses from third party system. We would like to stop creating duplicate customer addresses in Oracle EBS system. Can we achieve this through DQM setups? If Yes, please help me with the steps and process how we can use DQM and how to stop creating duplicate addresses in the system?
