Is Cumulative Total Lead Time is considered in ASCP?

Hi All,

Our client has raised an issue that Cumulative Total Lead Time set up on Item attributes is not being considered in ASCP to calculate the Suggested Start Date. Can someone please help in confirming whether Cumulative Total LT is used in ASCP or not? Any link to Oracle documentation will be hugely helpful.
