User dimension won't build

Hi all

Can you please assist.

In RPAS MFP V13.3.1 I'm trying to create 2 user dimensions off one of my hierarchy levels

I have created 2 successfully off the category level (OTSG and Plan) but when i try to create 2 off the SDept level - Mgr and Brnd (higher than cat), i get the error below

I dont have any product attributes for SDept

Any ideas please?
