Memory issues on EDMCS

We are facing issues with EDMCS cloud . EDMCS is not user heavy application . We only have 2-3 people at a time . But still EDMCS is hanging and remains un-responsive after epmauatomate commands . Epmauatomate are also small jobs . Oracle is trying to increase memory , still running in to same problem after memory increase .

Anybody encountered the same issues

I am not convinced it is memory issue , even if it is what would be causing it ? Curious?
