Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. This means that users with generic domains (such as gmail.com, yahoo.com, and others) will no longer be granted access to the discussion forums and ideas labs. If this policy affects you, act now to change the email address that is associated with your Oracle (and community) account. Duplicate ZADOCO records in F1755

Hi All

We are getting duplicate records in the F1755 (ZADOCO) when the team here are creating records 'at the same time'.

It only happens occasionally, but i thought it was time to ask and see if anyone else has run into this and what options might be,

I found an old post (Case Entry Next Number Duplicates) from 2013, but it doesn't elaborate at all.

Our JDE E1 is 9.1 apps and Tools 9.2.3.4, from talking to people around here sound like the random duplication has been happening for a while.

Any thoughts?
