How to automatically power on the vm's when KVM hosts, selfhosted engine and San Storage is rebooted

I have configured the KVM host and self-hosted engine and VM's are configured on SAN storage.

Because of power fluctuation my all infra get down and all vm's, KVM host and storage went down.

Once power is back storage and KVM hosts are up but engine and vms are not up for that I need to start the engine manually and also all vms.

Is there any modification I will do in backend for start the engine host and VM's automatically, so that once power is back and storage and KVM hosts are up engine and all vms will start automatically.
