23ai and 19c test environment upgrade via AUTOUPGRADE

Hi I recently set up a test environment with the 19c and 23ai(FREE) RPM's to download the software. My goal was to bring one of our v19 databases over and do an upgrade and make the database a pluggable database into the new v23 database. I did the install and created the default CDB FREE and tried to run the conversion via AUTOUPGRADE tool. The analyze portion and preupgrade ran fine from the 23 $ORACLE_HOME/rdbms/admin directory. Once I was ready to run the upgrade with:

java -jar autoupgrade.jar -config /home/oracle/config.txt -mode deploy

The process bombed out(a couple of times). So it seems from the error messages that I'm completely barking up the wrong tree, that the software from one version is not compatible with the other version. Can I get a confirmation from someone in the know? Is the correct 23 software not available yet except for those using cloud? The error the upgrade yielded:
