How can I show Parts Not Sold in over a month using the Item Ledger Cardex?

9.2.7.2 Wondering if anyone has an idea of how to show parts that are not sold in over a month using the Item Ledger Cardex (P4111 or F4111). If you include Doc Type SO you would only show parts that are sold. If you exclude Doc Type SO you would still show some parts that still sold because different Doc Types still exist out there.
