SQR Tool to Code and Test

To All,

Our site uses SQRExpress. I have been told that this tool is no longer in compliance and either it needs to be updated or discontinue its use. We have to find a replacement because updates/support are no longer available.

What SQR tool is everyone using to test/debug SQR code outside of the PeopleSoft supplied SQRW? The tool needs to support a license for governmental purchases.
