Delete Item Information Completed in Warning

User submitted request Delete Item Information but it completed in warning. There is not enough in concurrent log. It just says below:
The concurrent request 'Delete Item Information' has encountered errors while processing delete entities. Please check the delete groups form for error description.
In another request for different item it shows some organization codes but that request also completed in warning.
