Oracle ASR - Certificate problem: unable to get local issuer certificate

I've just built two ODA X9-2L to 19.22 release.

On one of the servers I can't get ASR working and if I try and access the transport.oracle.com/v1 url via curl I get a certificate error.

On the other appliance where ASR works, there is no error.

Does anyone have any ideas on what the issue might be please ?

The /etc/pki/tls/certs/ca-bundle.crt points to /etc/pki/ca-trust/extracted/pem/tls-ca-bundle.pem on both servers and the pem file is identical.
