loadHier fails with error on AIP: An NA cell cannot be converted to a boolean type

During the loading of the product hierarchy on AIP, I encountered this error. I have already tried the procedure on MOS (https://support.oracle.com/epmos/faces/SearchDocDisplay?_adf.ctrl-state=19ybj4duhm_4&_afrLoop=285713944567697), but without success. Then, I tried to remove the problematic measure, but it is not removed. I receive the following message when trying to remove the metric: "is an alert measure. You must unregister its alerts before unregistering the measure." However, this metric was not registered as an alert metric but as a real metric. Is there any way to correct this issue or force the removal of this metric from the records?
