When user try to post Payables journals, Posting Single Ledger concurrent show error "PERF0005: Oracle error detected in glpibr() - ORA-00001: unique constraint (GL.GL_BALANCES_PK) violated" into on-premise 12.2.6

Same activity is carried out in TEST env and does not present an error
