Sourcing Allocation between two components

We have two components, A and B, from different manufacturers in our Bill of Materials. These components are substitutes for each other, and we use either one in our manufacturing process. Our sourcing allocation is set at 70% for component A and 30% for component B. However, Oracle ASCP only supports sourcing allocation for the same component from different suppliers. How can we achieve our desired sourcing allocation between these two different components in Oracle ASCP?
