Can Oracle RAC support direct-attached to SAN FC Storage?

We will implement the Oracle RAC on KVM Compute Host1 & Host2. We found that the VM guests didn't detect the shared disk while connecting directly attached to the HPE MSA 2060 FC SAN Storage without any SAN switches. Both VM guests are detected the new volume from MSA 2060 Storage but the Oracle RAC didn't detect the shared disk in application level.

Here is the basic components in our environment:-

KVM Compute Host1: Using Oracle Linux server 9.4 with KVM 8.2.0, no oVirt(GUI install)

VM guest (Primary Oracle DB): Using Windows server 2022

KVM Compute Host2: Using Oracle Linux server 9.4 with KVM 8.2.0, no oVirt(GUI install)
