Additional ACH Payment

Currently we only have one bank account set up for payroll for employee bank deposits on the Automatic Bank Deposit Instructions.   We would like to report employee credit union deductions with an automatic payment but are not sure if creating two payments on the Automatic Bank Deposit Instruction is a good approach or if there are alternative methods of setting up this additional ACH payment.  Any suggestions would be appreciated!
