The Delete Item Information concurrent program fails to delete an item due to the constraint:BOM_DEL

We have disabled the item from the 9 orgs out of 10 and marked it as set the Planning Method attribute to 'Not Planned' for all the 10 orgs.

after running the planning process again it is still showing in MRP plan for the 9 orgs.

how can we delete it?
