Is there a good way to update a tablespace to use a big datafile from small datafile(s) usage?

Good means that the upgrade should not require too much system resources impacting the whole database. Then the downtime for users of the tablespace in question should be as short as possible.

The Oracle releases in question are 19C and 23ai in the first row.
