JDE - Move from Construction in Progress to Fixed Asset and start to depreciate

Hi Team

In JDE, in some companies when a Capex project is completed, it should be capitalized (move from Construction in Progress to Fixed Asset and start to depreciate). Now when an asset is need to be activated for every single asset we need to do about 5 steps in JDE (Update master data, transfer in the subledger to correct category, reclass on GL level). Is there maybe a way to get this done more quickly? Is there any other option, or do we need to do them one by one?
