What page do you use to allow time administrators to make adjustments for timesheets?

We are in the process of changing approvals by managers instead of approvals by dynamic TL groups. Currently, we have a custom page that the admins and time adjusters use to make changes, but we are planning to retire this page as with new process manager can use the MSS Enter Time page to make adjustments and approve time. However, in our organization, many managers rely on time admins and adjusters to make time entry related transactions. I am curious to know if anyone has a separate page for admin/adjusters that allows them to make changes on behalf of
