Orders getting autogenerated daily for the items having min max setup.

MINMAX Values is 2/2 and process lead time 365 all other setups are same as the other items.

On-hand is zero as the order will take 365 days to re-stock it and order is already placed.

Can any one advise why the system autogenerating orders daily. Is there any specific setup that we have to do.
