Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. how to find catalog permissions chages

we are facing issue like catalog permissions got changed , and spain country users unable to see their folder .

please help us to find the how/who changed the permissions.
