Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Install, Upgrade, Clone, Patch - EBS (MOSC)

Currently 3900 ACME is running on ECZ7.5.0 Patch 4 and i want to upgrade it to SCZ8.3.0 Patch 7

Is this possible and if it is then is there any step upgrade i need to do or can i directly upgrade to 8.3 version.
