Disallow frozen Journal source for DeleteJournalImportData

We recently encountered the issue where user accidently deleted the journal batches from interface by using the job "DeleteJournalImportData". So to avoid this issue in future, can we please disallow the frozen journal source from the DeleteJournalImportData job ? Please advise
