FA Mass Transfer API Error

Hi Team,

Trying to perform FA Mass transfer via API following Metalink note Doc ID 206475.1, but facing below error:

Error obtaining distribution information for asset_id &ASSET_ID.
User-Defined Exception
Error: function FA_DISTRIBUTION_PVT.do_distribution returned failure
Error: function FA_TRANSFER_PUB.do_transfer returned failure
FAILURE
