Souring Requisition line item based on minimum dollar requirement

PeopleSoft 9.2.47 PT 8.60.10

We've had this come up a few times in the last while, where suppliers require a minimum dollar amount when purchasing goods from them.

Is there some way to configure a minimum dollar amount, similar to minimum quantity or order multiples?

I've been poking around, but didn't see anything jump out.

The users are thinking that the requisition/lines would be held until the minimum was met and then assuming the rest of the sourcing rules fell into place, multiple requisitions would combine into one PO to that supplier.
