Performance Tuning Tips on EPM 11.2.17 / Essbase 21.5.5.

our IT Migrated the existing EPM 11.2.15 Environment (Planning, HFM, Essbase) to 11.2.17.

First Testserver (1 machine), a few weeks later the Prodserver (2-machine-setup),

We are now facing the issue, that certain system performance is slower than before - and that the prodserver behaves slower than the testserver:

specifically:

PlanningDatabase refresh (Dense restructure, adding account, 5 GB of data - 40 min) vs. 10 min on Testserver

Essbase administration console (the lite console - in old design - not the new jetconsole): Slow reaction - e.g. opening the substitutionvariables takes 3 min., opening the nodes with application takes 1 min, opening application properties takes 45 seconds.

Question: I could only find an outdated performance tuning guide for 11.1.2.3 release and the readmes and troubleshooting/ known issues documents - are there more documents which can be recommendet or any experience, which is specific to the new essbase 21c usage (e.g. higher cache requirements, required database upgrades or similar?
