PBCS +1 activation proces

Hello Forum,

I have ordered and paid PBCS +1 offer ("Financial statement" module including groovy script).

I received activation services mail but PBCS instances are not upgraded automatically.

I tried the upgrade process document, but does not match my situation, tried also to check "pending activation" products in myservices, but no activation is pending.

Oracle support said it should be automatical.
Waiting for resolution by provisionning team, what was the process followed for upgrade from PBCS to PBCS+1?, for those in the same context? Did you have to perform any specific action at your level?
