Steps to Upgrade ODA (Non-RAC) from 19.20 to 19.22 - Two doubts to be clarified

Hello friends,

We are Upgrading our ODA server from 19.20 to 19.22
Our question is with reference to the document:

In Step 3: "Reprovisioning Nodes Using Data Preserving Reprovisioning Method", Point#11, Restore Oracle Grid Infrastructure, we are executing the command,
# odacli restore-node -g.
This prompts us to enter new system password as shown below:
[root@oda1 opt]# odacli restore-node -g
Enter new system password:
Retype new system password:
——————————————
Which is the "system" which is being referenced here?
Is it the grid user / oracle user / Oracle DB system user for which new password is set.

Question 2) We are currently on OL7.9 which gets upgraded to OL8 after re-imaging.
