Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. PO does not move to 'Closed for Receiving' state after fully receiving

Hello,

We have a PO that's been fully received but for some reason, its still in the Open status and not moved to Closed for Receiving.

Quantity is 650,000 and Received is 650,000 and the Billed amount is 500,000. Receiving tolerances remain unchanged.

What could be the reason?
