Issue with Xstore Accessibility

When a user attempts to authenticate in Xstore on any workstation while the leader workstation is off or offline, it is not possible to log in to the system.

To resolve this issue, I believe changing the authentication to local on each workstation could be a solution. Could you please provide the specific parameter that needs to be changed to enable local authentication in Xstore? Additionally, any detailed instructions or documentation on how to implement this change would be greatly appreciated.
