Self Service Request Approval Based on Assignment DFF, and DFF Updated after submit
R12.1.3
Hello Folks,
I have one Self Service Request approval which goes as below:
Employee Submit > Division Head ( its LOV on Assignment DFF to select any person)> HR Department (Role)> IT Department (Role)
The situation is one employee submitted on 12-Jun-24 & Division Head Approved on 13-Jun-24& HR Department approved on 09-Jul-24
In meanwhile employee assignment DFF was updated to another person on 30-6-2024, so after HR Department approval notification did not go to the IT Department, instead its go to the New person selected on the Assignment DFF Update
Is this standard behavior?
