Facing issue while opening an excel output(.xlsx), downloaded from mail as a notification

Hi Team,

I am creating an excel(.xlsx) file using PL\SQL code and placing it on server. From server, sending it as a mail attachment to users.

While trying to open the downloaded file(filename.xlsx), it is showing below message.

Could you please let me know if this can be resolved using code or any excel settings.
